Wellness and Fitness Courses
| | The Group Process in our Wellness and Fitness Course: Teamwork! We FOCUS groups of individuals to become teams. We do not overlook the fact that teams are stronger than individuals.
Our course provides elements of nutrition, healthy eating, cooking recipies, and daily lifestyle choices such as water vs soda (tea or coffee), fast food for lunch, and hours of sleep each night.
Additionally we dedicate serious time to introduce and apply practical fitness exercises that range from walking to yoga to weights.

Our great flexibility allows us to provide you with tailored daily schedules.
Courses are customized to suit your needs. Group participation is limited to 10 members. Individual courses are available upon special request.
Normal course duration is five days in length, from 9am to 3pm daily. Time and duration of personalized group programs may be modified to accomodate.
Your group doesn't have time to miss work for five days? Understandable. But we also understand that employee wellness and fitness are of major concern to organizations today. With our location in Cosby, TN, we make ourselves available to provide training over a two week period from 8am to 11am or 2pm to 5pm daily.
